  • Guest：Welcome was good. Relaxing start with a welcome drink before going to your room. We had a lot of issues for 4 nights stay. Safe broke twice. Light in shower broke. Housekeeping terrible only made bed one in four nights and broke a glass bottle which wasn’t cleaned up properly. Towels have seen better days. Only a few staff as friendly. Staff need training to be more friendly with guests. Food is not good. Sadly this seemed like it was going to be a great resort but it sadly lacks in most areas. I worked for a hotel so have some experience. Also there was a puppy staying who barked and cried a lot very early in the morning.
  • Guest：The hotel is so disappointing. Service is bad, the food at breakfast was ok , but in the evening in was horrible, most of the food served was not hot food. The hotel room doesn’t look bad, but they had an empty minibar. The staff failed to bring didn’t bring clean towels instead of the dirty ones and the one bottle of water that they bring in the room wasn’t even always provide. Even the front desk was so unprofessional, we ask them to call us taxi and all that came was dirty and old even tried to pick up other people from different hotels. We went to check the massage in the spa, it was a leg massage for 20minutes , they were overpriced and didn’t even give proper massage. The beach is so small, the ones that are actually near water are just couple of sunbed, and some sand thrown on the floor. Overall we were happy to leave. The only person who was helpful and nice was the concierge, who was clearly overworked. Oh and don’t get me started that there is no actual place that is comfortable to sit in the hotel lobby. If you want to sit all day by the pool it’s for you, but beach doesn’t worth it .
  • Guest：Absolutely Amazing Stay at Tsmamis Suites! Tsmamis Suites is absolutely gorgeous – everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. There are plenty of pools to choose from, plus amazing access to the sea, which is perfect for snorkeling. Our room was stunning and super comfortable. The food was excellent, with lots of variety and something new every day. And the staff? Incredibly friendly and kind – they really made us feel at home. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious getaway!
  • Guest：A truly excellent holiday. Tsamis really has everything you could want. Special mention goes to the staff, who are truly fantastic. Good food at dinner even by Italian standards, served buffet style, with fresh seafood and grilled meat, breakfast to suit all tastes, from Mediterranean to Nordic, good selection of local wines, beers and champagne. Rooms cleaned and tidied every day, and almost obsessive cleanliness of outdoor areas. The little touches are also pleasant, such as the bottle of wine in the room and the bottle of water provided every day. Three solarium with swimming pools levels sloping down to the beach , plus the large main pool in the garden: no one is disappointed, with plenty of sunbeds, mattresses and gazebos, even if the distances remain more than sufficient in any case. The sea is crystal clear and not too cold. Free use of the gym and spa as an optional extra. Soft music at just the right volume during the day, DJs and high-class musical entertainment on alternate evenings, always with a discreet and elegant approach. The various outdoor and indoor bars are open all day, serving drinks as well as tasty dishes and snacks, always in keeping with the hotel's high standards. If I had to make one small criticism, it would be that the waiting staff are a little too eager to clear empty plates. Otherwise, the days at Tsamis are magnificent. Above all: lots and lots of relaxation. We will definitely be back. Well done, Tsamis!
